OMNI Metal Finishing Inc. specializes in a segment of the metal finishing business that includes: missile parts, military and commercial aircraft parts, computers and heavy equipment for the oil industry. These categories account for ninety percent of OMNI’s business. Our 28 year old corporation is one of the largest companies in Southern California offering over 130 metal finishing processes which include Anodizing on aluminum and titanium alloys, Conversion Coatings, Dow processes for magnesium, primer, paint, dry film lubricants, electroless coatings, passivation, descaling and Non-Destructive testing among other services.
OMNI Metal Finishing Inc. presently occupies about forty-one thousand square feet within its five facilities. Omni seeks particularly difficult and challenging projects. Unlike our competitors who receive jobs only from Orange, Los Angeles, or San Diego Counties, OMNI has clients throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and other foreign countries.
Do to our experience in the metal finishing industry, OMNI is recognized as one the few companies in Southern California whom is willing to help and offer FREE customer consultation on manufacture, process improvement and cost minimization.
As we strive to improve the quality of our products and services, as well as ensure our continued growth and continuous customer satisfaction, OMNI adopted and implemented a Quality System conforming to the requirements of The International Organization for Standardization (ISO). As a result of our endeavor the company received its first ISO certification on October 2001 and has maintained it through this day.
In addition to ISO, OMNI currently holds a Nondestructive Testing and Chemical Processing NADCAP accreditation along with process approvals for mayor space and aircraft companies such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Pratt & Whitney, Sikorsky, Raytheon, Hamilton Sundstrand, Goodrich, and Parker.
